Our Triple Plank Wardrobe is everything you’d expect from an Ashton & Coleman original — honest materials, proper joinery, and a bold, timeless design that will outlast every fast-furniture alternative out there.
Handmade in our Derbyshire Dales workshop, this chunky wooden wardrobe is built using solid, four-inch thick Scandinavian redwood posts and wide, slow-grown Quebec pine planks for the panels, doors, top, base, and rails. Every single element is solid timber — no plywood, no MDF, no compromises. Just beautiful wood, built to do its job.
The triple-door design offers generous storage space with a strong internal frame, while the extra width gives the piece real presence in a room. It’s ideal for those who need functional storage but don’t want to compromise on style or substance.
For easy delivery and installation, the back panels, top, base, and doors are all designed to be removable — a practical touch that doesn’t interfere with the integrity of the build.
Each wardrobe is finished by hand using Fiddes Supreme Wax, applied in our workshop by our skilled furniture makers to bring out the rich texture and grain of the mill-sawn timber. The result is a piece full of warmth, depth, and natural character.

For your chosen piece of furniture to fit the space you intend, please allow an additional 12mm on all external sizes given.
