Our wooden dining chairs are very comfortable. We would always recommend purchasing upholstered dining chairs if you have frequent dinner parties or spend hours around the dining table on an evening. Alternatively you can fit chair cushions to our solid wood dining chairs. Most importantly our farmhouse style wooden dining chairs have been made to a commercial quality so they are manufactured and built to last.
Ashton & Coleman Furniture make their Plank Chair in their own workshop which is designed and finished specifically to suit their Mill Sawn Pine dining tables. Making dining chairs however is an extremely labour intensive job, so making all of our dining chair designs to order would make them far too expensive. We source our dining chairs from factories whose soul purpose is manufacturing high quality dining chairs. This mass production means we can offer extremely high quality dining chairs at a price that aligns more sensibly with the furniture that we make in our own workshop.
