Our solid oak 4 poster beds are handcrafted by our skilled craftsmen in our Derbyshire-based workshop. We use high-quality four-inch thick, chunky European oak to make the posts and random width one-and-a-half-inch thick European oak to make the headboard, footboard and side rails. Creating a 4 poster bed frame with a real unique feel. The re-sawn finish is exclusive to Ashton & Coleman,  where we use our timeless Wadkin woodworking machinery to re-saw each component of our oak furniture before sanding and texturing to our preferred level of finish. Our furniture makers apply two coats of Fiddes White Wax Oil to give an extremely natural oak look and feel. We make them, finish them and we even deliver and install these stunning, farmhouse style 4 poster beds ourselves ensuring you get the very best level of service from our workshop to your home.
